Templates distributed at MyTemplatez each carry their own separate license agreement which is chosen by their designer/developer.
Term of use can be found on all or one of the following places: a) the zip file, b) the live preview or c) the original author's website.
Upon downloading a template, you agree to use the template under its respected license agreement.
First and foremost, each and every website template on this site is property of the original author. MyTemplatez.com is not the official author of these templates unless they have been created by MyTemplatez.com.
Any specific information included with the file upon download such as license information is binding to that template.
If any copyright infringement or other issued against the authors requests are found we will be in full compliance with the author if he/she chooses to take action.
Please be respectful to original authors as they have put time and effort into their work.
